CC Lot Sales (Annual)

$19.00

CC Lot Sales lets you bundle multiple comics from your collection into lot listings and sell them through WooCommerce with one click. Select comics, set a discount, and the extension builds a fully populated product page with pricing, images, and descriptions pulled from your collection data. When the lot sells, every comic moves to your sold archive automatically with profit tracked per book. Built-in shipping label support through EasyPost lets you purchase, print, and track labels without leaving WordPress.

CC Lot Sales gives you a complete workflow for bundling comics into lots and selling them through your WooCommerce store. Whether you are clearing out duplicates, packaging themed runs, or putting together convention deal boxes, the extension handles everything from lot assembly to shipping.

Creating a lot starts right on your collection page. Checkboxes appear next to every comic, and a floating action bar at the bottom of the screen shows how many you have selected. Click “Create Lot” to save it as a draft with a name and discount percentage, or click “Create and List Now” to build the WooCommerce product immediately. If you skip the name, the extension generates one automatically from the first few titles in the bundle.

Pricing is calculated for you. The extension totals up the estimated value of every comic in the lot, applies your discount percentage, and sets the lot price. You can configure a default discount globally or override it per lot, and a manual price field lets you set any number you want if the math does not suit a particular bundle. When you add or remove comics, the totals recalculate automatically.

Listing a lot on WooCommerce creates a fully built product page without any manual entry. The product gets a descriptive title, a formatted HTML table listing every comic with its issue number, publisher, and condition, cover images pulled from your media library (up to 20 gallery images from the comics in the lot), automatic categorization under a “Comic Lots” category, and tags for the comic count and every publisher represented. The SKU, stock quantity, and price are all set for you.

When a customer completes their order, the extension takes care of the rest. Every comic in the lot moves to your sold archive with the sale price divided across the individual books so your profit tracking stays accurate. The lot record updates with the order ID, sale price, and sold date. If any of those comics had pending offers from the CC Offers extension, they are automatically declined with a note explaining the comics were sold in a lot.

After the sale, a shipping card appears on the lot detail page. If you have entered your EasyPost API key and return address in the settings, you can generate shipping rates from multiple carriers, select the option you want, and purchase a label without leaving WordPress. The label URL, tracking code, carrier, and cost are all saved to the lot record. Print the label directly from the detail page, track the shipment in real time, or void the label for a refund if plans change.

The lots management page gives you a filterable list of all your lots organized by status: Draft, Listed, and Sold. Each lot shows its comic count, total value, lot price, discount, and available actions. Draft lots can be edited, listed, or deleted. Listed lots can be cancelled back to draft or opened in the WooCommerce product editor. Sold lots show their final sale price and link to the shipping workflow. If a listed lot loses its WooCommerce product for any reason, a recovery button recreates it with one click.

The lot detail page breaks down everything about a specific bundle. You see every comic with its thumbnail, title, issue number, publisher, condition, and individual value. Summary stats show your total cost, total estimated value, discounted lot price, and sale price if the lot has sold. Draft lots let you remove individual comics, adjust the discount, or add a private note. Sold lots surface the full shipping workflow.

CC Lot Sales integrates with Convention Mode as well. When both extensions are active, lots appear as cards in the convention grid alongside individual comics, complete with a swipeable cover image slideshow and a “More Info” link to the product page.

This extension is for sellers who move volume. If you regularly bundle comics for sale on your store, at conventions, or through social media listings, CC Lot Sales eliminates the repetitive work of building product pages by hand and gives you a clean pipeline from your collection database to a completed, shipped order.
